its because of friend-votese.g. Lithuania giving 12 pts to Latvia, Romania givin 12 to Moldova, etc.
Greece & Latvia are leading at dis moment in time with 116 pts.
Just after the Moldovan votes this was posted.(will be updated whenever I can be bothered to)
