    I found this is the Terms and conditions of habbo uk


    1.5 Habbo accounts, (including any Services attached to the accounts), that are old, unused or passive for six months or more, will be deleted without notification on a regular basis.

    although they didnt state that they do not delete accounts with furni, unless it is requested.
