your best bet is the guide ingame mate, Go to barbarian assault and talk to the guide, he'll explain everything.

its not that hard but i deff is quite hard so if i was you i would do attack collecter and healer but evrytime you fight the quen switch to deffence that way you get easy points mwhahaha

My advice is get a few people together who want to get one aswell and you can all do it together, put a post on this forum/rs forums saying needing good BA team.
