Game Name Help

I played a game awhile ago and can't remember the name or much about it.

All i remember is when you start you start in a little village with houses and you can go inside and steal things.
Also you can get a boat to different islands. On one island their is 2 towers with amour inside which once stolen you can sell on.
Also when you get certain XP levels of lock picking you can break in to houses but sometimes you are faced with monsters, (Big Rats ect...)

Anyone have a clue what i'm talking about?
