The logos pritty cool, other than that it's a mess, use verdana 10px for your text, Oh and don't use them lines every where, just have then in the background and make them a bit darker.

Maybe include an upload button? otherwise people will be sitting there saying "how on earth do I upload these darn things".

Don't like boxes or colors and logo font is hard to read!
