Site Panel.

Basically what I was gonna do before (eddPANEL) but loads of you people kept saying how you wanted a Site Panel and not aload of different panels on your site.
I'm probably about 30% done overall.
I'll use screenshots to document my progress.

would have to be very secure ! and admins should have 2 passwords one to get in one to edit pages
