    Default Forced education sucks!!!!!

    Hello

Well, as most know people in England have to go to school from ages 4-16. But forced education sucks. If you say you really really hate school, most people will label you with some kind of disorder. But, isint it ok to hate school?

Every morning, im up at 8. I get ready and walk to school, arrive around 8.30. It is so so so so boring, especially as im at an all boys school. Also, its grammar school so they expect you to get every single little dam detail right!!! I wouldnt say its hard work, just such a drag every day! I dont want to move school, cause it was same in primary and other secondary school. So, is it normal to find school sooooooo boring? I mean, you see them kids on the asda adverts before going back to school with their new t-shirts running back to school because they are excited about a 99p t-shirt - oh boy how exciting  I dont feel like that at all on first day, or any day actually. Surley im not the only one?

Im staying on at 16 though cause I want to move to Australia when im older so I can get good marks then which will help. But, like I said at the begginning, people will label you with a disorder sometimes if you dont like school. Also, theres 2 kids at our school who sometimes I like and sometimes I dont. If I have a day off, they will make rumors and spread them. Like, they said I wasnt in P.E once so they told everyone I had erection problems and everyone was dumb enough to come to me and actually ask me! They are very annoying, but usually if I ignore them they go away after a while.

What can I do to like school better, even if its just a tiny bit better?

That is also a factor aswell, cant they adjust times? I heard in America they are thinking about it, because teenagers sleep patterns change as they grow

i doubt it would change in the uk because they will just say go sleep earlier or something like that.

school/college isnt that bad anyway because its giving you the chance to get a real good job in the future, whereas in some countries they dont have the opportunities we have.

Yea, but I question how much they teach us is helpful. For example, these new 'citizenship' lessons bought in by the UK government. I asked my teacher "Will this get me a job when im older" and he blatantly said "No." Couldnt we be learning something more useful than that? And, like adults with jobs today that are well paid sometimes dont know the half of what we know - seen that new programme 'Are you smarter than a 10year old?'

Watch it - You'll be surprised.

Good point you got there, I agree that parts of the education system should be revised and improved. I saw the advertisement yeah I might watch that =D

Lol, we go to school 5-18. Wake up at like 6:30-7.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.
