I Need Someone who I can trust on The Habbo Hotel USA that can be my partner in making and hosting a forum for a fansite [Cant say site, do not want to be mean and advertise].

You need to meet the following

- have or able to buy hosting
- understand vBulletin
- can edit the vBulletin files
