Either

Sam Broadcaster, try not to get Sam 4 as you can only get a trial version of that but there are links around for versions 2 or 3 if you ask around they're easy to get with registration codes.

Or

You could use winamp with shoutcast, you need both. There's a guide to using that here

Then obv a mic & music

SAM4 = Best Quality if you're just starting read a guide or readme and get used to the feel of sam
Download From Speical Audio -
Install (Ofcourse) -
Go To Desktop B -
Click The Green Plus Symbol under the encoders section of Desktop B -
Input all Connection Details given from Boss, Birate,Server address,port,site, Etc...

Winamp & Shoutcastwinamp only works with shoutcast)
Download Winamp -
Download The Shoutcast DSP Plugin -
Install Them Both (Winamp First) -
(Use Winamp Modern Them)
Click Options>Prefrences>DSP/Outcast>Shotucast DSP -
Go To Encoders and enter your connection details you will need to aquire from your Boss -
Go To Last tab in Shoutcast DSP -
Winamp Input = Music Played on WInamp
Soundcard Input = Microphone,Music Played on other music players and habbo's sound such as trax,console messages etc
