Like others said you ear might have popped so try yawning or something..

If that doesn't work and it doesn't go away.. Why not go and see a doctor? Wouldn't hurt to get it checked out

Try swishing side-ways like in cartoons to get rid of water. You may have some trapped water in their, I was surprised when it worked for me.

Have you been hit on your head at all?

My girlfriend is deaf in one ear. She can still hear fine and I rarely have to speak up but she got hit in the side of her head by a ball which caused her to go deaf in one ear.

Well. Seeing as the old jokes are infact not the best [/sarky]

My friend had his ear all wierd for a few days but it sorted it self out. Give it a while and if it doesn't go then see someone who knows what they are doing and will stick something cold and pointy in your ear and go
    "hmmm"
