I'm Sam, aka urmum. I'm on my brother's account because I can't seem to access my account 'urmum'. I've tried to get a new password as I have forgotten it but it is saying that my email doesn't exist.
Is there any way of getting it back?

You'll need to contact an Administrator who is likely to then ask you a few things about the account, most notably about the Recovery Message you should have added in your UserCP when the feature was added for instances just like this one. If you cant remember that recovery message or didnt add one it is unlikely that you will regain access to the account.

Oh god. I don't think I had one.
But if I went onto Ymo my habbo (that I don't go on anymore! Lol), would I be able to get it back? Everyone knows that I'm Ymo and urmum so... :cry:

You will need to ask an Administrator, I doubt that would qualify as verification but its worth a try.
