Well, headmasters always have a higher authority.

Is there some form of education board you can go to launch a complaint?

I highly doubt your headmaster will try and break up your friendship. It just wouldn't happen in a school community. Egging the school with 30 people is just rediculous, you would get caught and punished

Well I'm sure there is some form of authority above the headmaster, unless there is a completely different system over there where headmasters rule the schools and thats it.

You never know, some headmasters can do some funny things. It's possible, plus we don't know the situation to accuse people of not telling the truth, sir.

You could call them I guess. There should be some sort of outside department you can go to. Yes, I'm talking about government.

But wait, have you tried talking to the headmaster about the situation first?
