    1) Design a stripe (black & white) on a new document.
    2) Edit->Define pattern.
    3) On the original document make a layer, go to Layer Properties. Set the pattern as the stripe and set the colour overlay as whatever colour you like and then lower the opacity.

    Agree'd with invent, proberly the easiest way then just set a bg colour in the layer and player with the opacity.

    Thanks I followed that BUT how do I design a stripe LOL

    make a 3 x 3px document then use a line tool or a pen tool then make a stripe that would be used for a 1px stripe just change the dimensions about

    Make sure it has a transparent bg in the tiny image O.o so no dont do it in paint as you cant set it as a patern.
