    Well ive tried looking on the PPL licensing company but am not getting a clue, does anyone no a precise link to purchase and how much it would cost.

    PPL Licenses can cost over £10,000. Just don't bother with one if you're not broadcasting over FM/AM. Companies don't sue 14 year old kids really, they aim for the bigger sites like LastFM, etc.
