Make 3 icons,3 for whos online
So they click it say Habbo UK and it changes to 2993 Habbo's online
How would i do that?

Do you mean like the online status then when you click/hover over it it has how many habbos are online? :S

So its like this:
UK,US,CA
Then say if you click UK it says 3948 Habbos online

So you just **** to put links on your site then hover over it and it comes up with the amount of Habbos online
e.g.
UK <- you hover over it and it comes up with e.g. 3928 habbos online
that sort of thing?

So say if i had it like:
How would i make it so it had<script src="http://www.habboring.com/online/us.php" type="text/javascript"></script>
USA Hotel then when you hover over it shows up?
