Default Lower part of stomach feels like its crunching together

The lower part of my stomach feels like its crunching together.
    Heres the story.

On Thursday night, just before I went to bed I had some Beechams all in one (for my cold), and that stuff instantly makes my belly feel like its got a fire ball going threw it, and lasts a few minutes. However last time it just hurt so bad, and it literally felt like my stomach was getting tigher and tighter, and about 10 mins later I felt like I was gonna be sick (and then I did, only a tiny bit though) and all threw the next day it felt like the feeling you got when your really hungry, but i've been eating as normal. Anyway the next night I woke up cuz it hurt so bad, but I went back to sleep. And since that its just been hurting a fair bit.

Any got any ideas how to make me feel better?
    Thanks
    lol rofl lmao etc..

    (1) I suggest if you have a shower, put it on hottest and water full, let it steam up for about 2-4 minutes then get in it.
Oversly turning the temperature of the water to warm.
Steam cleans the chest up so theres not cramps, pains ect..

    (2) If its a bath, do the same, close windows and if theres a gap under door just put towel to not let any steam out and just lie there breathing the steam in.

    (3) Drink some water and try deep breathing with your arms behind your head bending back.
It opens your chest to clear most pains. (Doesn't always work).
I do get this quite regular, I mainly just do the shower/bath part and it normally solves my problem.
If it consists maybe ask your parents then see what they say.

    (4) Maybe eat food less solid. Maybe soups etc... should settle the stomach.

    I'd guarantee its not serious.
    Maybe just bad digestion.

    I'd reccomend;

This is andrew's salts; and they cover a range of symptoms including "unsettled stomach" and "indigestion".

    They are very, very effective.

To use them; you put a spoon of it into half a glass of water; and stir.
Then, you drink it while fizzing.
If you can't drink it all in one go- stir it again- and drink again.
Repeat until the glass is empty!
I reccommend you do this in the morning, just after you get up, and in the night, just before bed.

Click here for a sight about Andrews Salts that might come in handy!

    good luck!
    hope you feel better soon.
