Thanks for the comments. If I was to actually make the site [I might beee...] then I would most probably add a comments sytem where the Shoutbox is or below the rating system, etc.

Also, the other things you mentioned would be on the homepage which people would get back to via clicking the logo.

They'll only block it if it has links to harmful or porn sites.

It just doesn't seem like an arcade website to me.. nothing gets to me saying "it's an arcade website".
