When i load Habbo client up, it goes onto the sulake bit like usual but after that it goes black, and nothing comes on. Ive deleted all cookies and still wont work.

Try reinstalling shockwave.

Firstly restart your computer.
Then reinstall shockwave. If it still wont work then contact sulake.

BTW, I've re-installed Shockwave & restarted my computer.

That happens to me like once a month. It's quite normal.

I had this, what I did was:

reinstall shockwave
clear cookies
and just keep trying again and again

and it worked

First try deleting your Temporary Internet Files, Cache, Cookies, History, etc. This can be done via Tools > Internet Options in Internet Explorer, or via Tools > Clear Private Data in Firefox.

Now click on Start > Run. Type in cmd, and when command prompt opens, type in:

ipconfig /flushdns

Now you can just close Command Prompt.

Then, if you are using Internet Explorer, uninstall Shockwave using this uninstaller, and restart your computer. Go along to the Shockwave Download page, and reinstall Shockwave.

Restart your computer again, and hopefully you should be able to access Habbo.. not too sure, however.

All I can say is restart your cpu, and reinstall shockwave.
