Dreamweaver is optional...

My laptop was broken so I had to use my PC to do my TemplateNation project,
And so far ALL of the coding I've done was done in notepad which works fine too

If you can't crack dreamweaver get:

PHP Editor 5
(it's free)
Very good for web design.
(does html, css, js, php all the stuff DW does)

I only use DreamWeaver when I'm actually designing. It's such a resource hog!
