AVERAGE DAY FOR METODAY:Breakfast - Cinnamon Grahams OR Porridge OR Banana - Banna accompanied by cup of tea
Lunch - Sandwhich/Toast with either sanwhich fillings eg ham/cheese or occasionaly on toast I have beans
Dinner - Various : Roast dinner , Chicken and bacon salad , Sandwhich , etc
Is this healthy or no

Lunch: Beans on toast and Nutregrain bar for like dessert
Dinner: Because it was shopping day today : Low fat Pizza , Salad , Peppers with guaccamole (sp) dips. Pudding was a lowfat homemade cheesecake with Fresh berries onthetop
