    Default Status sigs

How would i get the form to work for the status sig package from habboring?
All it does for me is say Broken? when i submit the image, i know the script is working because i went to habboProfile_uk?name=HABBONAME and it displayed it correctly. I attempted to make my own form, but i had to use POST instead of GET. Anyway, i try to go to /sig/uk/HABBONAME but it just says page cannot be displayed.. ive uploaded everything that came with it, i just cant work this out.. any help would be highly appreciated

The .htaccess file is the root of most of these problems actually.
Make sure it's set how the readme told you to set it.
i've been here for over 8 years and i don't know why
