The thing with photoshop is I dont think they really care that you rob it. Think about it, if they make it so you cant do trial downloads then no one uses it and it wont be as much of an industry standard. The only people that would ever pay £400 or w/e for it are businesses and they will pay for it regardless whether you can download it because then need it legal, so in the end its just gaining popularity for photoshop. If that makes sense.
