    The soft part of my knee goes all funny when I straighten my leg.. it feels swolen or something when I straighten my leg :S

    I know what's wrong with me now
    I have Water on the knee
    Its fluid that builds up inside the knee lol

    Go to hospital and have 2 weeks off what ever you do.

    Acupuncture is just a form of failed alternative therapy! The Doctor could probably refer you to a hospital who could cut an incision and drain away the excess fluid - if it's a risk.
