Nice idea i guess, but its not decent enough for todays fansites.

Needs a better defined logo area and a better defined color set would be my main critsisms. The logo looks like its just a few images plastered on to the top of the main layout. The primary content area also needs more contrast with the main layout area, at the moment it just looks like a few lines and a minor tone ajustment.
The white notepad sits quite well with the color skeme, as do the controls added on to it.

Nice idea, but i think you need to play around with it a bit more to get a nicer feel and theme out of it.

It makes me think it's 2005.

Looks like a C&P job, and the theme doesn't fit in with modern day layouts.

Fiddle around with it and sort out nicer colours and you'd get somewhere.
