    you know how the iPod thingys have like the black silhouettes of people dancing with the ipod earphones in their ears?

    well, i need a harry potter image like that, how would i do that?

    I think you'd just make a coloured background, then apply a black colour overlay to the layer you wanted to be black. Not sure how you'd do that in PSP...

    or you used magnetic marquee and fille with colour black. Then carefully draw or import an ipod and draw in the wires with a thin brush.

    You can do that with an effect in Photoshop, if you had harry potter on his own.

    use the trusty 'old' pen tool, if PSP allows you to do that. I havent used PSP in a while, photoshop took over my (graphic) life!
