Freelance Site [Teens]

Basically me and a friend will be setting up a freelance site, With forum etc.
The site will be for Teenagers and any Adults that wish to join up,

The reason why we decided to have as it for teenages because we have been on many sites, and reading the projects and they saying stuff like
No Under 18's Etc

This is site is more for teens that have Programming as a hobby and wish to be paid for doing the programming they enjoy

Any Suggestions?
