    I was bought Purple on the 4th, Christmas on the 5th.
    Now, basically, can I get my name reverted back to Purple? Or does it have to stay Silver now?

    And... Can't I have my Christmas VIP when my purple has missed out? Because the purple was a waste of money then.

    I know it'll be a no to both, but it's worth asking
