Nay I'm afraid!
The navigation is far too large, and makes the layout look 'fat'. Change the arrows to something else and Drop the Drop Shadow
. (terrible pun).
It also looks a bit 'tight' to be honest, try making the canvas bigger and don't make the boxes etc so small.

I did it at school and the monitors suck so hard it's mad. If it's any bigger I have to scroll loads =/.

I like the colours actually, however 'chunky' would be the perfect word to describe it. Never a good thing on sites unless you're try to attract small children. Like MJ.com.
