which one is the best?

Depends on what you want to do really.
dharok = pest controle.
guthans = slayer & just training basicly.
veracs = erm. Kalphite queen (sp) & duel
torag = improved rune :b

If you want to mage pvp - ahrims
if you want to afk train - guthans
if you want to play castlewars or pk - karils

It's spelt armour.

And if you wanna train without food use guthans.

Karils magic defence
Guthans for things such as defence
Dharoks for hitting high, having fun and I guess killing monsters quicker but you have to pray.
Veracs, KQ, duel competition to hit through prayer.
Ahrims magic, would say PKing but it's gone..
