Mostly everything is incorrect about this design; the font, colour, effects etc. Take a look at some websites for inspiration. That's the only advice I can give.

I have been looking for insperation, and ive Drawn a layout and going to make it later as im not on my normal pc currently.

I'm going to scrap this layout i guess

I think the layout looks quite nice but I'll will look really weird with a background , You can't really red the bit where it says Shopping cart , looks more like ohopping oart.
The navigation looks weird , it has too much padding below it.
