is it hard to make a skin?

yh, im going to try and see if i can make a VB skin. i want to learn something new so can anyone point me in the right direction on how and whether its easy/hardalso what programs you may need

Its basically editing the css (and making the images of course) :p

Just make graidents and put them in the correct boxes, add images, css, and html.

basic skin like habbox classic all you need to do is get gradients and images.
