Product Pages

I need help. i want to make a product page for my website like at the top and bottom of the page it has:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

PRODUCTS

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

and when you click it obviously goes t the next page. but i dont want to update 8 pages if a new page is added so is the best way to do this is by using iFrames or similar. thanks
