    Default URGENT HELP NEEDED!

    How can you get "vip.php" so that it is connected with a forum...???/

    basically setting up vip in a forum, trying to add "domain name.com/vip.php" to the nav bar, but "vip.php" is an empty file as it was made throught the control panel... any1 know how to fix this?
