I am going to give you my straight up opinion on this.

I don't believe you have what it takes to make a fansite, seriously, you need some good grammar, if you want a popular one.

I would suggest you seek deeper into websites, how to make them, and the theory of it.

OR

If you do still want to hire someone, what can you do, because I do not believe a designer or any coder would want to do all the work for you, and you do nothing because you do not know how.

Heh, I am not quite sure where you learned your english from, but I suggest you go back and learn it again.

You are not doing okay, you are on a forum begging for a coder, designer, and etc.

What are the "etc" that you are looking for?

I will tell you to relax if I so wish, which in no part of my post did I tell you to relax. Hence why I tell you to rethink your idea about a fansite.

You obviously have no knowledge about how to do it.

The entire fansite is based around coding, and designing, and content (which would fit into the ETC.)

If you hire a coder, and designer, and etc (content), what exactly are you going to be doing? As you have hardly any knowledge from what I can see.
