Default Being tired all of the time...

Ever since I went back to school i'm like, mega tired.

e,g. - come home and want to sleep till 7pm

this semester I have PE, and i'm wondering if this has something to do with me being tired, even though it never used to wear me out in the UK... and I didn't know that it would make me so tired, even if it did wear me out a little.

I also have no lunch hour, I dropped it... which i'm used to, but i'm wondering if not managing to eat lunch and having PE combined is the cause of it?

i'm not talking "I feel a little sleepy", it's more like "I'm going to collapse in a minute"
    lol.

    thanks.

Could be anaemia - not enough iron in the blood, doesn't flow properly etc so you can't function at your fullest. Fairly common and easy enough to treat, so you should see a doctor and get checked out.

If it just happens after winter break perhaps you just need to adjust to waking up early if you havent been already. And i don't think having PE is effecting it, Being active actually helps you sleep better and feel more awake in the morning...i heard.

Well if you are not eating lunch your blood sugar is going to drop way down
and then you will feel tired. Do you have a good breakfast? Also if you think your may have anaemia pull your bottom eyelid down. If its looks pink then no. If its looks white then it is possible.
