Maybe I'll finally get a reply if I post it here...

You need to fix the tournaments. Many of them have just froze, such as this one.

Also, it might be wise to hire 1 or 2 arcade moderators or something, as the arcade has got more popular over the past week and some things will need fixing, scores will need moderating, etc.

There are 2 main arcades for Vbulletin. On ONE of them (Defo one maybe 2) supermods have a litle mod section inside the arcade to edit comments and whatnot. This keeps happening to me and it is annoying but theres loads of threads about this and I dont think Mods could do it. I think it maybe have to be done via ACP.

I am still in a few tourneys due to it not moving on hehe

Also the moonlander tourney has gone a bit dodgy, dunno if it will still work as it's not finished but doesn't seem quite right

Yes, super moderators can moderate the arcade, but they don't nesseseraly know what to do. I asked a super moderator to fix a tournament before but none of us actually knew how to do it and we ended up breaking it.

I'm sure you can have normal moderators moderator the arcade aswell? :S

SMods do have the ability to issue infractions, edit comments and moderate scores through their Moderator rights and should be checking the most recent comments as part of their every day job routine. Normal moderators are not given such a right because issuing infractions for rule breaking in the Arcade requires the Profile Infraction which normal moderators do not have access to. Granted its not exactly top priority for SMods if there are outstanding post reports, unchecked infractions/warnings or unresolved infraction issues but it still should be checked daily. Fixing the tournament problem is not something I can deal with personally so it would be best to wait for a response from a member of management.

Oh, I don't care about infractions. I just want those tournaments fixed! I made a thread about it over a week ago and got no reply from management. They better reply this time. :@

There's not much point adding normal moderators to it when super moderators can do it though . Like you said last time we tried to fix it It ended up breaking it. The arcade has some serious bugs, what the hell is MrZeropage playing about at.

I don't know much about forums or anything, but can't they fix these bugs or something? Because they've been there for months.
