Construction question

I have about 700k to spend, and I really wanna get my construction from 57 to atleast 60 before my membership runs out in a couple of weeks time.
I was thinking about spending all this money on as much oak planks as I could, but I was just wondering if this would get me enough planks to get my cons to 60?

To get it from 1-50 costs around 650k so you should be ok getting it to 60.
