Replies are given to emails that are worth replying to within 48 hours. If your email included something like "unban plz", then odds are it's going to be ignored due to the amount of emails that actually come in.

Since I became AFM, I have been checking it daily and send about 15 replies per day. There was some issues with the email address before, which have now been resolved and it's working as intended. Creating multiple threads about the same topic isn't going to get you a better answer than was originally given, which was - If you believe the caution to be unfair, send a message to contact us explaining why.
