Most stuff on Habbo-Center.com is mostly ripped from alt designers to alt makers on habboxforum.com. They ripped mostly everything and i think thats against the law of sites isnt it?

I don't know about the law regarding user created images, but if they are it's just not cricket.

If they are copyrighted then yes, but most habbo fansites don't copyright there websites and just put "copyright 08 - 09 to blah.com, piece brown"

if they are copyrighted then the owners can prosecuted if they can show the contract given to them when copyright takes place.

Copyright in the UK is actually granted immiedietly on creation of a work, though in this case due to a load of stuff in the contract you signed with habbo when registering, any alts or derivatives of habbo themed things are actually copyright to habbo itself i do believe.

Unless you can prove it with links to threads of the Habbox alterations or links to the alterations then we can't exactly believe you over... no one.

In all honesty, if they have ripped then that's their problem. Yes, there is an unwritten 'law', if you wish, that no fansites should steal off of each other although the only way you can do something about it is if you contact their host with proof of stealing.

Anyway, the owner of this site visits the forum, or at least use them and this thread isn't advertising the site, it's slating it therefore I hope you don't mind if I close it.

In future; please don't create threads like this again; especially if the owner of the site visits the forum because it's just provoking an argument.
