Not funny in the slightest, he asked a decent question so unless you have somewthing worth posting why don't you just not bother?

To answer your question I think you upload the theme folder to your forum's images folder, so it should be "images/THEME" and then you go to manage themes and upload the .xml from your computer, then your theme should be in.
