Graphics is my job, and only two of my peices have been/are being put into the Elites category. Just because you work in the department (or get fired several times like me lol) doesn't give you right to instantly have baseline work put into Elites.
I've seen tons better work from Artists like HankMcCoy, Boreo and PaintYourTarget to name a few that haven't been put in Elites. Like most of .-.Extra.-.'s work is amazng, and he's the manager and doesn't have something in elites (does he? XD).
Anyway, time to sum up the Alt itself.
It's not elites worthy. It doesn't have much shading, and the eyes have no eyelids, the nose has no shadow and it has two lines under the eyes (which if are meant to represent tiredness bags, they dont suit.)
The lineart is okay.
To improve this so much you should shade it more. That would really fix the whole thing.
Anyway, I hope that you work from criticism and don't get put out.
