hacking as site be illgal, open up your raw access logs, find the ip of those exploting or gain acces to site. contact police, press charges.

it depends really, if u have had your site for a long time, with alot of members and a lot of hits, and u lossed everything than u should, like mentor sed if some 1 did it to his site he wud and so would i, but if its easy enough for u to get it all back then i wouldnt, but if they did it again i wud press charges
