    Default Complaints Forum.

    This forum is for complaints only about any of the services we offer or anything else Habbox related.
    Only the thread creater, admins and (assistant) general managers can reply here.
    I think it should be kept private.

    Really, the only reason a complaint should be kpet private is if it is against a member or member of staff as it will only cause arguements and hatred between the members. If you wish to make a complaint against a staff member or normal member then create a thread in this section:

    Complaints about Habbox Staff or Forum Members
    Make a complaint about Habbox Staff or Forum Members here here. All complaints here are private. Try to provide as much evidence as possible. Please read the sticky thread in the General Complaints Forum before posting.
    Only (Assistant) General Managers and the Forum Manager can see the threads in here.
    It can be found under the Complaints forum as a Sub-Forum and only AGM's and FM can see threads in there. You can only see threads you have created in there

    The other day I was in a toilet.
    A voice came from the cubicle next to me: "Hello mate, how are you doing?"
    I didn't want to be rude, so I said, "Not too bad, thanks."
    I heard the voice again. "So, what are you up to?"
    Again I answered, "Just having a quick ****... How about yourself?"
    Then I heard him say "Sorry, mate, I'll have to call you back. I've got some **** in the cubicle next to me answering everything I say."

    I guess thats a quite good point but I think the purpose of it is so complaintts can be made without loads of members either spamming the thread aswell as letting Management give their views without it being a trek to find their posts within the 7 pages of thread. Thereis also no reason why you shouldn't be able to viiew it as I stated in my previous post. I guess it's all down to opinions as some people see no point and some do.

    also it will save people from making the same complaint twice.

    like if it was hidden, someone complained about something and then like 5 others did because they wouldnt realise its already happened and been dealt with

    The main reason the complaints forum is public is to show are are not hiding anything from users and don't mind users complaining. It also allows users to see how we handle certain problems and that we take complaints seriously .
