Over the last few days ive been feeling really depressed for no reason. Help me.

so you dont have anything to worry about
just do things to take your mind off whatever is worrying you![]()
I'd suggest maybe going for a run or something. Gives you time to think and also relieves a lot of stress. When you get home you might find you're too worn out to be too stressed. Then go to bed earlier, as, in the words of Killswitch Engage, "sleep brings release, and the hope of a new day".
It's nice to listen to music while you run too.
