Random Habbos- Not so random

On the community section of habbo uk there is a lil random habbos section

All the habbos in that image, i basically know all of em.
They are:
Pixar,

UkchaserAl
Dionysus
MissAlice
Urban
Universe
mr22
M6mmikaru
+ others that i cba to list
This was not a 1 off, popular habbos always come up
so i guess they are not Random Habbos but specially selected habbos that habbo wants you to see, visit and love :> (scratch the love)

It's based off their number of logins, etc.

The more a user is logged in or online, the more likely they will be shown there.

If you played Habbo solidly for a month or two, you would be on that page most probably

Yeah, there's always staff members on it. Even the banned ones.
