The swarms are from searching the thing in the middle of the room... most people get them then run away =P

Mummy's are from searching the sarcophagus

and snakes are in every pot...

basically you go in, go to the second highest room you can enter and search everything then to the highest room, search everything then your time will run out =P

sometimes the mummy changes room if ur trying to find him, enter a different room. idk if that helped?..
