I've just unlearned my talents (messed them up) and want the best build for a rogue
i mainly PvE with some PvP on the side, any suggestions?

Subtely is a PvP base spec, along with assasination.
For levelling, with a little PvP.. Go Combat up to Adrenaline Rush and spend the other points in Subtely or Assas (which ever one you prefer most). Assassination along with Combat will provide the quickest killing - Especially with swords.No more dreaming of the dead as the death itself was undone

My rogues talents were all in Assas up to 50 (i think) which finished off find weakness then i moved onto combat
