    well if i was to sell the WHOLE of froobe.co.uk, domain name, hosting (+reseller), layout and usersystem etc (usersystem is like a CMS)

    how much would you buy it for?

    you can see the layout that will come with the site at www.froobe.co.uk/old

    the layout cost £30 designed and coded btw

    Less than £30. Domain isn't good, design isn't that special. PERHAPS more than £30 due to the reseller, but dont hold your hopes up. When developed it depends on traffic and income.
