(HELP) Moh score confusion :S

Hey on my reputation it says SCR -68
That sounds pretty bad?

I thought it was good untill i heard someone say theres was +48 so can somebody tell me the difference or correct me.

I don't pay attention to it. I'm not a big fan of the score system because every kill counts +1 and every death counts -1.

Basically you have died 68 more times than you have killed people. One time I was playing a sniper game and I got 20-something kills and the host set it so that it doesn't count towards your score. I was so mad. I have like... -30 or something.
