Ok.
This will end your excuse with you can't hire reputation editors because they need admincp access blablabla.
You can set usergroup permissions on who can edit the user's reputation. MEANING no admincp is needed.

When a user click his/hers admin cp. (THIS CAN BE CONTROLLED BY USER PERMISSIONS. SO YOU COULD DO THIS FOR VIP MEMBERS.)
When a user clicks the archive button as shown above.
When somebody has permission, click on the "edit" besides the rep as shown above.
This is how you set the user group permissions.
